Ready Set Mo (RSM) started as a small group of humans on a high school track who wanted to change the way they worked out; change their perspective by challenging what they put into their trainings. Formed by Monique Berarducci, its coaching and workout methodology has been developed to challenge, push, and grow you into a physically, mentally, emotionally stronger, more confident version of yourself.
RSM workouts include running intervals, HIIT, and strength. You can expect to push through the physical struggles and come out more mentally prepared to take on life. The best part is becoming a part of the incredibly motivating and inspiring community of RSM.
