For May Motivation 2021 I am offering month long personal motivational coaching. This is geared towards stepping up commitment. You will work with me six days a week on achieving your high hard fitness goals and stronger mental fortitude. I will hone in on your mental mindset, physical workouts that help you achieve more strength and tone, running workouts designed to make you a faster runner, and an overall stronger human being.
This is more than physical. Be ready to dive in and make changes.
